- 3. Is your IMMIGRATION CONSULTANT guaranteeing you an LMIA for a sum of money? Remember an LMIA is the prerogative of the Canadian government and no one can guarantee the same.
- 4. Is your consultancy pressurizing you to go with a particular company for work in Canada and not giving you options
