- 3. You can file the complaint against any brand or service that is registered in India. Once you successfully login you will be guided to the drop down menu where you can select the brand category or type of service that you wish to complain about
- 4. You can then further drill down to the exact service company or brand you wish to lodge your complaint against
- 5. You can attach any further evidence or provide additional notes about the nature of your complaint
- 6. You can track your complaints online any time and see the progress on them
- 7. You have the option to lodge the complaint in English or in Hindi
