  • 4.    You can then further drill down to the exact service company or brand you wish to lodge your   complaint against
  • 5.  You can attach any further evidence or provide additional notes about the nature of your complaint
  • 6.      You can track your complaints online any time and see the progress on them
  • 7.      You have the option to lodge the complaint in English or in Hindi
